Refund policy for customers
As a valued customer of One Below, if you are not 100% happy with selected goods bought in any of our stores, we will undertake to give you a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
This is in addition to your legal rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
To do this you must return the product back to us in its original packaging, unused and with a valid proof of purchase, and we will gladly offer you either an exchange or full refund.
Valid proof of purchase can include a till receipt for the last 7 days or alternatively a bank statement or credit card bill for the goods being returned.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges on certain products, unless the product is faulty or broken these include: -
• Consumables and perishable products, including; foods that deteriorate or expire.
• Products included in health & hygiene, including; pierced jewellery, underwear, unsealed food & drink, air fresheners, fragrances and deodorants.
• Clothing that has visible signs of being worn.
• Any audio, video or computer software that has been unsealed or opened. i.e. data cards, SIM cards, CDs, DVDs and batteries.
